Can sulcatas eat the Ezekial bread. It is sprouted and vegetable but it says it has a protein in it. I don't know if it vegetable or not? Any thoughts on eating bread?

Hi, My 4.5 year old sulcata, it's name is Leo, is making a loud noise that sounds something like a squawk and after the sound he moves his throat and mouth almost as if something came up and then he swallowed it again. Anyone have any ideas what that could be and should I be worried?
