How fast should a pearl lobster grow?

He destroys all my live plants bit at least he's eating them and not destroying for the fun of it. He gets along decently with my fish they just stay apart from eachother. The only fish he tried to snap at was my 4 inch suncatfish that stole the lobsters algae waffer so understandable.

He will eat plants in the tank all day and every other day when I feed the fish I give him algae wafers. So is he growing as he should or am I...

    Small indent in shell

It does look like a little puncture but there is no way my dogs did it since he's kept up high and both dogs being 100 plus pound german shepards I think it would have been bigger.

Is my tortoise hiding because of his enclosure?

Also the guy at the store said cypress mulch was bad to use at all and told me to use these hard dry pellets to use but it was almost impossible to get the humidity to stay up without constantly misting or having a humidifier on it. Is it ok to have just the area he sleeps/spends all his time in...

Is my tortoise hiding because of his enclosure?

Is there a good sturdy way to cover the rubbermaid tub? We are animal lovers and while both our German Shepards are service dogs and well trained our two large maincoon kittens are curious and untrustworthy.
