Hello, it's been a couple months I have not post anything...here is an update of Q. As you can see she would not let her frien Hermy the hermit crab to eat. She would sit on the foods. :rolleyes:

Well I have my Hermits in their own tank before I have my Redfoot...I can put them back. I have read not to mix Tortoise...but I also read in another forum some people have them in the same tank and it was ok. I don't know what to do now. :(

Must it be 10 mins? Because Q don't stay more than 5 mins too "Q" use to not liking being soak too...and I find out the water temp was not right that's why she don't like being soaked and walk right out when I put her in the water. Now when I soak Q everyday and she just stay inthe water...

Me too I feed my Q twice a day...In the morning right after soaking, she doesn't eat much in the morning and later around 5-6pm I feed her again, she eat a little more in the evening. I don't think I am over feeding her. :)

I use clay pot for my redfoot too but I did not cut it. I don’t know how, instead I decorated by adding some fake leaves. I glued the leaves with hot glue. "Q" seems to like it very much...sometime is hard to get her out...only foods can make her go out of her hide :rolleyes: Hope this...

I am using it in my Redfoot enclosure she don't eat it... but I don't really like this because it smell bad. I soak them overnight and change the water sereral times to take out the sand and the bad smell.

Why not try to add one of those carnivore plants? Put a flower put up side down and put the plant on top of the flower pot so Dale can’t touch it.
