    Eyes!

It seems to be an unfortunate lack of care on the manufacturers, this seems to be an issue across the board for all reptiles. I was told Zoo med vita calcium sand was good for my geckos because if they eat it the will pass it and get trace amounts of calcium "so it can't hurt them" Wrong!. I...

    Clicking on expiration?

Recently I've started to hear a clicking noise from time to time from my little one. Today I was holding her and watching and it seems the clicking happens during expiration. Nothing else appears to be wrong. Temps are fine, eating, pooping. I bathe her everyday for at least 15 mins in warm...

    Are these beets?

The stalk, vein and midrib of the red beet green is red..it can sometimes look purple , unless they're golden beets in which case the stalk vein and midrib would be yellow. Radish greens tend to be all green and the leaves are generally smaller in size. Or at least that's how I tell them apart...

    Brown gold!

I'm probably way to excited right now.... but my little one pooped!!! I've been stressing since she came home ( 4 days ago) that there has been no void that I have seen. Browsing the site really helped me not rush to the vet and not have a panic attack...over feces. I'm sure this is not as...

    Buried Alive..?!

Thanks for the advice. I was worried that the eco earth alone wasn't "enough" but id much rather use it on it's own instead of lugging sand so ill switch that then! My outdoor enclosure is a kiddy pool with the sand and eco earth. Hide/water dish...similarly to how i set up my...
