the wound partialy healed but I think their is pus in their because it is slightly bigger still than normal

Then you probably didn't get it cleaned out the first time. If it's all cleaned out, you won't see any white color inside, it will be all red. Once it's totally clean it only take a few days to start closing up and healing.

She is healed now but still her right cheek a bit bigger than the other. The induced wound is completely closed again

"Bigger than other" cheek means the abscess was not completely debreeded and the is still inflammation due to residual infection in there. In healthy/strong animal, well fed, kept in right conditions the body could potentially take care of it in matter of few days or couple wks. Your animals seem comromised and have a lot working against their immune systems so be prepared for that thing to erupt again, or other problems stemming from this original abscess. Sorry to be a bearer of a bad news
