I have bought 2 Indian star tortoise as my pets..they are just 3 months old.. One tortoise is doing quite well.. The other one is sick all the time.. He is not looking healthy.. His sides of mouth near to jaw line is swollen.. Please help me with some solution.. And also his skin is getting...
