I am a major animal lover and animal advocate. I am also a parent of 2 beautiful children and a step-mom to 2 girls. We also have several critter babies that I adore like my kids. We have a 10 pound Sulcata tortoise, a full grown painted turtle that came in as a rescue and won my heart, a baby box turtle, a baby bearded dragon, 2 pet rats, a Kenyan sand boa, a salmon red tail boa, a ball python, an Okatee corn snake, a guinea pig, 3 snails, and 5 cats. Most of these were rescues from before I opened my actual reptile rescue. I am a stay at home wife so I spend my time researching my animals and working with my pets and with the rescues that come in. In my spare time I read and I also write.
