what in the bag is bad lettuce types (lollo rossa, tango, red and green oak, red and green romaine, red leaf, and parella.) Baby greens (tatsoi, mizuna, red and green mustard, frisee, and radicchio.) sorry for bothering just want to keep my tort safe thanks

thanks for the advice :D also is it bad for them to eat spinach because i was talking to this guy at the pet store and he said it has too much protein or something. (I have the spring mix and it has baby spinach in it)

I just got a baby sulcata tortoise and i was wondering is it normal that my tort isn't eating the mustard greens but eating red lettuce? Also what do i put at the bottom of the tank? please help
