is it ok for tortoises to be out in the rain,mine are in their garden pen and it is raining now they are russians so will they be ok .....

my 4 russians enjoy dandelion leaves,and romaine lettuce they love to graze out the garden and are very healthy xx

my 2 female russions do this but my male doesnt,i dont know if its good or harmful for them but they do seem to pass the little stones ok,i do try to stop them though ,cant be doing them good,yet in the wild noone can stop them and they seem to survive....

hi i have 3 russians as well and while i give them loads of leafy greens i also feed them dried food soaked in water,and they absolutely go crazy for it,but they do still like their leafy greens.i find the dried food has all the calcium and vitamins in there so i relax knowing they are getting...

i reside in the uk so are things different here for trying to breed the russian,my tortoises spend every night indoors and outdoors in the day when the weather is fine,they do not like a viv so having trouble keeping them in there,i have a table for them with the heat mat, in my warm sunny...

why is the breeding process so aggressive,i have never seen this before as i have always only had one tortoise i now have four russians and while my male wants to mate he always wants to bite and bang shells,i have been seperating them should i leave them to it?? ...
