It was really quick but I would say kind of a greenish purple.

I have a young red foot tortoise that was one year old in August. Today we noticed something come out of his/her tail and go back in. Is it what I think it is? Is Georgie a boy? I attached a pic of the tail area if it helps. Thanks!

A little over a year old. So far the plastron is totally flat.

Just wondering if anyone can help us decide if our sweet little red foot is a male or female
