Stapelia leendertziae

I'm just wondering if Stapelia leendertziae is a safe plant to have in if they nibble it? I bought it from a reptile shop but I'm not certain

It's a type of cactus, and assumed it would be fine as I bought it in a reptile shop but can't find anything about it anywhere for tortoises

Sometimes called Carrion Flower because the flowers smell like a dead body to attract fly pollinators.
