Mazuri?

Hey guys! I am very new to the tortoise world I have heard a lot of tortoise owners talk about Mazuri. Is that just food? Could you tell me a bit about it and it's benefits? Thanks!

Yes, it is food. A hard nugget type food. It is not needed, but it is a good food to add to a varied diet. Kinda helps to give what might be missing. Most soak it in just enough water to soften it and feed a couple times a week. A few members only feed Mazuri and don't seem to have a problem doing just that. I feed my leopard it and it's part of his diet, not his only diet.

I use it more or less as a supplement to a good diet. I think its good stuff and I feed it twice a week on average.
