Just ordered my first tortoise!

After much research, I placed an order for a CB 2012 Dalmatian Hermann tortoise from Chris. I'm about to go on a trip, so Knight (as my daughter has named him or her--because of the armor) will arrive June 21.

I'm working on an outdoor enclosure right now, and I already have all the stuff I need (via Tortoise Supply) for a starter indoor enclosure.

I'm new to tortoises, so any advice you can give--before or after opening the box--would be most welcome! Chris is going to get me the hatch date; I am guessing Knight is 6-12 months old.
