I have a baby Sulcata maybe 6 weeks old with little yellow pimples appearing. Not 100% sure how long they have been there for! Any advice?

We have been seeing a number of yellow bumps on baby sulcatas on the Forum lately. If this (in yours) is consistent with what we've been seeing, it is a contagious bacterial disease, and you will need a reptile veterinarian to prescribe antibiotics. Testing may be required to make sure they get the right antibiotics for the job.

Can you post some pictures for us? Let's get a look at what the yellow bumps or spots on your little one look like.

@Yoozie Do you have any other tortoises? Has your tortoise been around or in contact with other animals?
I got two baby Sulcatas at the same time!
Here is some photos of their enclosure. (I’m currently building a new enclosure for them, I am actually keeping my offices at 90 F and it’s about 83-85 when I come in at 0600ish. Have moss under the log where one loves and then made a make shift humidity chamber that’s controlled at about 103 F and 85-95% Humidity.
It’s taken me three weeks to get them off eating romaine lettuce and onto eating Mazuri and wheat grass........
I soak them twice daily at the moment.

I’m also worried this one has early signs of pyramiding or is it just shell growth?

Is it just one or both of the hatchlings that are showing (or have shown) spots/bumps?

I'm having difficulty making out the spots/bumps in these pictures. Was it worse previously?

Just one! Nothing as bad like those other people are showing! I never saw anything before so I don’t think they were ever bigger.
They almost look like a big pimple that’s popped and half way through healing.

thats kind of what they do look like as they dry up but generally more appear without antibiotics. have you let them know about them?

i think you said you got them underground? or am i wrong. yes did you let the breeder know about the spots? there is just a teeeeeny bit of pyramiding starting also since you asked. its very very slight at this point and if you up the humidity and try to keep them as humid as you can it should slow down and stop and it will be very hard to even notice as they grow by catching it now

@Pastel Tortie no nothing at all, I first came to the forum with concerns about one having its umbilical scar, that’s all nicely healed now!
Everything I read before getting them was complete garbage! I’m pretty embarrassed to say the least!
most info out there is total hot garbage and it sucks.
