Wounded Sulcata Arm

My 6 year old sulcata got a gash on her arm. I’m not sure if she possibly snagged it on brick or rock….I have two large dogs but they’ve never been aggressive toward her, and I don’t think it looks like a dog bite (no opposing puncture?)

My question is should I take her to an exotic vet for antibiotics or something? I’ve never taken her anywhere for medical treatment. Should I try to just treat this at home? If I can treat this at home is there anything you would recommend? I’m read neosporin may be safe for torts?

Thank you!

Clean it out with water and put some neosporin on it and keep it clean and keep an eye on it.
Next keep your dogs away always! Torts and dogs are never a problem until they are and that time will always come.
Looks more like a tooth mark then a scrape of a rock or brick.
Torts and dogs never mix.

My tortoise had a similar problem with losing one on armorplate scales on his back leg. I kept the area clean and dry, putting neosporin on it. Also want to the store and bought some small white sock to cover his foot.
