Would these eye drops work for a leopard gecko?

I have a friend on another reptile site with a Leo who’s eye lid is very irritated. They have been going to the vet for an eye socket issue, and the vet isn’t To sure what to do about it.
Would this help?
Would the “Turtle eye drops” have the same effect?

I probably should. However, it seems that they already got a cream from the vet.
