Would loud noises stress out a baby tortoise?

I have had my baby sulcata for over six months. His aquarium is in the living room under where the tv is mounted. Before the quarantine, the tv was on for only a few hours in the evening. Now it is on for many hours during the day. Can the excessive noise be stressing him out?
