Worried about my tortoises health

So I woke up this morning, to find a worm in little Esio's water dish.
Now ofcourse I am panicking, this is my first tortoise. He/She is only 9 months old and has worms?!
I gave him a nice warm bath and he did a poo... which looked like this. (Sorry in advance)

I have never seen it looking like this before so i know something is wrong. However couldn't seen any worms in there.
Any help/suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated !! Thankyou !!!!

I recommend you take a fecal sample to a vet, they can examine it for worms and prescribe treatment.
