What’s a food your tortoise can’t turn down. I’ve had mine almost two months and he doesn’t eat much if any at all. Ive tried every kind of green allowed. ?

Temperature is in the 80s humidity is in the 50s, has a basking light and blue light, tried spring mix, romaine lettuce, and collard greens. His tank is a 40 gallon breeder.

Do you have a UVB light?
It's probably not the reason why he isn't eating. But it's a very important thing.

Do you have a basking spot of about 95F? 80 degree ambient alone probably isn't warm enough for digestion.

The size of the enclosure is too small. 4x8 feet is the general recommended minmum size for a full grown russian.

Simplified, tortoises can't digest their food unless their insides are 85 degrees or more. While that tort does look kinda thin, is he any more thin than he was 2 months ago? Do you soak him at all?
Here's some reading for you. He is in a small container for an adult. Something else that aids in digesting is exercise.
You still have snow on the ground don't you?
