Red eared slider eggs will do fine at 30c but you will probably get mostly females at that temp

It sure looks like those eggs were too dry but from what you've described you're doing doesn't seem like that would happen????

I think I found out the reason behind all of this
when I set the heater at 29 or 30 °c
it gives me temp of 35 or 40 °c
The device is not accurate. .

Our climate is hot .. can i stop using the heater at all?

I think That's why all the eggs are dried out .
Even I make the humidity too high.
Am I right ?

I use a thermostat on my incubator for that very reason. Sometimes the heating element is way off from the desired temp and is not accurate. Are you incubating your Kleinmanni eggs together with the red ear slider eggs?

I opend one egg and I think it is normal from inside
Expect these little white spots.
Is that sperm or due to high temp.
A kind of dryness.

Ah-h-h-h...a picture is worth a thousand words. "Shrinking" is not what's happening to your eggs. They are collapsing. Collapsing is caused by not enough moisture in the medium the egg is sitting on in the incubator.

I thought it might help if you could see how I have my incubator set up:

I have moist vermiculite in the individual plastic tubs, then the eggs. There is a cup of water and a thermometer. I occasionally add more water to the vermiculite to keep it moist.

Yeah, so now you can see a thermometer measures heat, a heater makes heat. I'm beginning to figure English is awkward for you. Please accept my apology if in past posts I did not take that into account.

Using a thermometer is how you adjust the heater. You can not trust the heater's setting.
