Why is my box turtle in her water bowl all day and night?

So since i've brought home my box turtle (who knows what her age is) she only goes in her water bowl, once a day, sometimes not at all. But for the past 2 days, she's been hanging in her water pool all day and night, she has not left once. I am a bit worried. Although, she is still aware of her surroundings, and doesn't look ill. I just want to know, is she feeling under the weather or some type of way to be hanging in her water pool for more than 48hrs?

Is her enclosure dry? Boxies do like water. Some hang out in ponds for days.

Sometimes box turtles sit all the time in water when there's something wrong with them - parasites? illness? too hot?

If I let my box turtle enclosures get drier than I should they will instinctively spend more time in their water bowls as a reaction to the lower humidity. What kind of enclosure is your box turtle in? What substrate are you using?
