White things wiggling around tank glass

I'm not sure if it's visible in the picture, but there is alot of them in the glass and the floor of the tank, any clue of what it is?

Detritus worms eat only decaying plant matter and animal waste. They are not harmful to your fish or turtles.

Look up "Routine Aquarium Maintenance" on Google to see how to get rid of them.

I've had both hydras and the above mentioned worms on aquarium glass before.
A full dumping and cleaning may be needed.
And maybe a few Mosquito fishes or guppies added can eat any new ones.
