White spot on turtle's head

Hey guys
I am a first time turtle owner and I bought a pair of RES turtle. They are pretty small and I don't know thier exact age. One of my turtle has got 2 small puncture wound holes and one of them is white and it appeared all of a sudden. His behaviour is totally normal and he eats his meals properly. I have no clue how it appeared and what it is.
Can someone tell me if it's an issue and suggest me what to do?

That just looks like an old scar to me - a place that was once a sore and it is now healed. I wouldn't worry about it. That's a spot where the shell rubs the skin and you see it a lot in turtles and tortoises.
