White spot on sulcata nose. Help

Hi, my sulcata wont eat anymore. I dunno if it got flu or not. But there is white spot on his left nose and his right eye wont open.
Also i noticed his urinate turned orange , smell and sticky.FB_IMG_1519598811977.jpg FB_IMG_1519598808305.jpg
Anyone can help? He wont eat since last week, but i force feed him to make sure something fill his stomach even a little.

what temperatures are you keeping him in? What is your set up and what are you feeding him?

images.jpeg I feed him with green vegetable, we called it pakcoy.
At morning i put him outside while soak him under the morning sun,the rest i put him inside with spot lamp to keep him warm.

And now he's very weak. Cant even lift his head and both his eyes.

Your baby tort is sick, and is probably much, much too cold. Pack choy is high in oxalates, and should never be fed as the only meal. That likely explains the discolored urine. Your tortoise needs a varied diet, and temps no lower that 80 night and day. A vet visit might be in order, too.
