white ring?

Hello everyone. This is my pet Russian tortoise "Scrubs" I just got back from a trip and noticed she had a white ring around her shell. She was properly cared for while I was gone so I'm not sure what could have caused this. Here's some info

7 years old
Been sleeping most winter but not hibernating
Tank temp ranges from 75-90°
Has white light.

Pics, to small for me, but..... a white ring is usually new growth.

One week, it may have started earlier. I only feed her every 2 days during during the winter (seeing as how she barely moves) so I don't see her too often.
