What's the gender and type?

Hi! A forum member let me have her red foot a while back and I have some questions. She said she bought it from a breeder and the breeder said this is a runt. The tort is 4 years old and today I weighed it at 374 grams and 4 1/2 inches measured the bottom plastron. The tort was with all the big reds when she bought it. She had it for a few months but realized life had to make her give it up so I adopted it. I want to know if the tort is old enough to know its sex. Also I would like to know what kind of redfoot it it. Thank you TFO members!

Ok i know the size is small but they said it was 4+ years old. Is maturity of a tortoise determined by size or age when regarding figuring out the sex?

Northern and hard to tell still small. Id say female.

Northern. And i'd say female as she(?) Is really round instead of a slight hour glass shape.
Maturity is determined by size and age, But mostly size, secual maturity is generally 6-10 years old i believe.
