Ringed in red: Some of the Virginia Creeper - don’t feed
Ringed in Blue: Clover - feed leaves and flowers
Ringed in yellow: Wild strawberry. Feed leaves. Feed fruit very occasionally

It looks similar but If you don't have or have never seen flowers the chances are it's Virginia Creeper so don't feed to be on the safe side. VC doesn't flower but turns deep red in autumn.
There is an app called plantsnap which may help you ID plants and then when you have a name you can check the feeding guidelines on the tortoise table.
My rule is ' if in doubt - leave it out' - better to be safe than sorry.
