Hi, I've had my little Greek tortoise for just over a month now and I love him! Anyway I checked his certificate the other day and it only states 'testudo graeca' it doesn't give his subspecies. I got him from a pet store, I saw him there and he was starting to pyramid so I decided to do a good deed for that day and adopted him. I think it may be the reason his subspecies isn't specified, I think he may be wild caught.
Anyway, are any of you able to identify his subspecies, I know he's spur thighed but that is all. He's around 4 years old according to the pet store. I think she's an ibera greek. I might be wrong so please don't take my word for it. I know somebody can give you a better idea on what she might be.
