What species is my pet tortoise?

Here are some pictures of the tortoise I bought recently, but I do not know the species, if you know please reply. It has a brown shell, with a large black spots on each section of it's top shell. Under it's shell is black, sort of like a Russian tortoise. It had short-ish black claws on both it's feet and hands.
