Found this about 30 minutes ago by the food bowl in my boxies tank. Can anyone identify it, & please inform me of how it got in there??

Weird that it is so big and has a hole in it. While we are talking about turds though, one of my turts took a bite out of my other turts turd! Ew! It was only a little, but ew! Will she get sick now??

It looks like something that came out of coco-coir. Do you use coco-coir for substrate?

No, just moss. My dad said it might be from a wasp nest. Made out of dirt.

Yes it's a cocoon. Probably from the substrate, and dragged into the bowl by your little girls. The wasp or moth that made it is long gone.
