The first one is anagallis. I'm sure it's not very toxic, but I don't know if it should be fed to tortoises.
The second one is henbit, not toxic.
4, 8 and 9 look like sow thistle to me, not toxic.

I think #1 is Pimpernel, scarlet (Anagallis arvensis)

This grows in my pasture and the horses always ate around it, so it's either toxic or not tasty.

#2 may be henbit - do not feed (henbit - causes 'staggers' in foraging mammals (a condition that usually arises from consuming mycotoxins), is toxic to birds, but safe for humans. I would avoid it if possible)

#3 ??

#4 prickly lettuce - ok to feed

#5 ??

#6 the clover-like plant might be black medic, and the prickly plant is a volunteer berry vine

#7 might be a member of the night shade family ?? do not feed

#8 and #9 are the same plant. #8 has mold going on. It's sow thistle - ok to feed
