I am a new redfoot owner with no ambitions for breeding, but I found this thread so interesting minus the small amount of head butting. I have never seen a "play by play" hatching like this and was very interested in his little can-opener method.

I was surfing around the other day and came across this time lapse garden cam http://www.thinkgeek.com/electronics/cameras-photography/be41/ There is a snow fall video using this cam on the site that is really cool. I think it would be amazing for someone to catch a hatching on time lapse. HMM not sure how feasible that would be in an incubator now that i think about it.

Thanks so much for posting this whole process. I have been on your sites almost constantly since I brought my hatch-ling home(Having a tort shipped scared me because of the amount of times I get my neighbors mail alone!)
