It's really really difficult. It took almost 6 months of looking for me to find Walter, and then a 10 hour drive there and back. Kijiji is a good one to keep an eye on. If your interested in a Russian tortoise I can get you the name of a breeder, though you'll have to wait until summer to see if he has anything.
