Hey everyone, I haven't been on here too much lately because things have been quite crazy as far as the nesting season goes. Thought I'd share some updates with you all in a series of photos.

The incubators are filling up once again and for most of the species I keep it has been a great year so far:

The T. hermanni hermanni have started hatching again:

The tortoises are of course enjoying the nice weather, caught a few of them out today:

Here are some of last year's T. hermanni hermanni hatchlings and a yearling T. hermanni boettgeri

The turtles are doing just great as well:

2 of my male box turtles just being curious:

2 female wood turtles about to nest:

The blanding's turtles are just enjoying the sun:

Chris, Everyone looks great. I can see why you would be busy, busy, busy. Wonderful looking enclosures. You are not concerned about preditors?

Thanks everyone.:)

In 15 years of keeping them here, we've never had a problem with predators....that's the beauty of having big dogs guarding your back yard.:D

Chris,

The Hermies are beautiful! What is the difference between the 2 species? I've noticed the difference in color shades. What's some special characteristics about them? How are they different from sulcatas or leopards? I'm new to hermies and hope you could help me out. Thanks!

LT
