Currently fighting off COVID so should I refrain from handling my tortoise?
I have a 1.5 year old leopard tortoise?
is COVID transmissible towards my tortoise?

Wash your hands before handling the food and wear a mask is about all you can do. Stay away from the enclosure as well in general, since it's an airborne disease.
