Your tortoise looks good. I don't think you need to do anything differently. If you want to do something, here are some things that will reduce pyramiding:
1. Raise the ambient humidity.
2. Soak daily.
3. Spray the carapace with water several times a day.
4. Use 3-4 inches of damp substrate. Coco coir or orchid bark work best.
5. Offer a humid hide.
6. Be sure you are using the correct basking bulb and verify the correct temperature under it.
7. Use indoor UV sparingly.

Your tortoise looks really large to be in a glass tank. Is it just the angle in the pic making it look much smaller than it is? Your tortoise is very cute btw!
