Tortoise not moving

Please help my tortoise hasnt moved in 3 days hes only 3 months old a hermanns tortoise im hoping hes hybernating how would i know dont want to think the worse x

We have no way of knowing just by what you've written for us.

Are his eyes open? Closed and sunken in? Does he stink? Is his body stiff?

If your temperature in the enclosure is as it should be, he's not hibernating.

His eyes r closed and yes look sunken in to me he doesnt seem stiff but there is no reaction from him temperatures r all fine and he doesnt stink

I'm sorry to say, he's probably dead. Even when brumating, a tortoise will move if you mess with him.

Babies are pretty sensitive to their environment. One has to have things just right or they go downhill quickly.

Depending on where you bought your tort can have a lot to do with the health when you purchased.
Chances are you had a unhealthy tort from the beginning.
Pet stores are the worst place to by a tort. Dont blame yourself we see it happen here often.
