Tortoise keeps sleeping

I have a hermann tortoise of around 1 and a half old. She’s recently been sleeping throughout the day alot more, I have to try and wake her up for her to eat her food. I am worried she is trying to hibernate, does anyone have any ideas on how to stop this?

We will need a lot more information from you? basking light? can she be too cold? substrate ?

Thanks for your reply, I have a 100w light so I can’t imagine its the temperture but possibly. Although after her food she goes back into her hut with no light to sleep, the substrate I use is tortoise terrain from pets at home and she sleeps with some straw aswell
