Tortoise growth apps

Hi there,

I have been googling, searching amazon andriod apps, itunes and this forum for apps that can be used to record data on my tortoises weight and growth.
However I have not been able to find a single app that does this. I found a desktop computer "Tortoise Diary" program that does this. But I would really like it as an app for my tablet.

Do any of you know the name of an app that does this?
