tomatoes

Hello everyone and thank you for your help on my previous posts.
i am a bit concerned about the eating of my both torts. i usually feed them a lot of veggies but they don't have as much as expected but when it comes to tomatoes they can have a couple each.
what should i do to have them have other veggies too as they have tomatoes. Thank You

Hi! Just trying to clear things up in my own fuddled mind... Are you saying that you are having a hard time finding them other veggies to eat? Or are you saying they like the tomatoes best and so you give them more of them? Also what kind of tortoises?


If it's that your needing them to eat all their veggies, not just the tomatoes, you can simply not give them tomatoes and usually they will start eating more of the other things. You can also chop the tomatoes really fine. Then sorta coat the other things with it. Then you slowly start cutting back on how much tomato you use.
