You're just all over the charts here. In my opinion, you would do best for the tortoises if you start with one specie, learn how to give it the best care possible, and after you have experience with that one tortoise, then think about breeding or buying a different kind.
I love your enthusiasm, but don't get in over your head so soon after the bug has bitten you. Slow down and take it easy. Learn, learn, learn.
Yvonne is right. You can get in over your head quickly . I started with one red foot now I have three and two sulcatas in two years time . Having a 30 lbs tortoise to feed gets costly in the winter . Tortoise you are talking about get big and eat like a cow.
