Temporary indoor enclosure

My Greek tortoise has an outdoor enclosure during the summer. We are just waking from hibernation now. I have built an indoor enclosure that will be used while the weather is still a little chilly and at night. What substrates should I have for the enclosure inside? Should I keep the wood flooring bare?

If you don’t have access to clean topsoil, I like to use a mixture of peat moss, wood chips, and coco coir.
