Swollen eye

My Indian star tortoise eyes has been swollen n is watery. She is eating food properly but keep on sleeping. So is this any infection?
N if there what should I do

What kind of substrate are you using in the enclosure? The eyes don't look too swollen and they are open, so it's possible that something may just be irritating them.

Other experienced owners may have more insight and advice too...

I keep her open in indoor
At morning I provide direct sunlight in my balcony
