Hi, I’m new here. I have a 1 year old Greek tortoise. A while back I noticed these swirls inside her shell. Is that anything a need to worry about? Dies anyone know what that is?
Thanks in advance , Ines

Do a search for "white squiggly lines". We've had many discussions about it over the years.

The short version: No one knows what they are, but its normal and not harmful.

I suspect this is a mild fungal infection, because it looks similar to early stages of such infections in aquatic turtles.

I’ve never had this in a tortoise so I have no further advice. If it is an infection I would not be concerned unless it gets worse.

No not an infection. Many many tortoises have them.
