Ok... I've had a bad day and don't have the patience to compose an email without it coming off as very rude, LOL. This person looks like they could use some advice regarding tortoise husbandry, though... Does anyone here feel like doing the honors??

As far as the ad itself, the Sulcata in question seems to be in OK shape. Pyramided, but not drastically so. Located in Auburn, WA. They're rehoming because the Sulcata is (as can be expected) bullying the Leopard tortoise they've chosen to house with it, and are keeping.

"Young female Sulcata Tortoise, we bought her March 2012 when she was just long enough in length to sell, she is only 4" long. She is growing too fast in size for our other Leopard Tortoise, so we need to re-home her. She does not want to share the food with the other tortoise. She is healthy and pretty fast for a tortoise. Please provide her a good home for only a $50.00 re-homing fee. She is a land tortoise, not an aquatic turtle. Thanks
(She is the larger tortoise pictured)"

It really could be worse, sounds like they are learning from their mistake. I wouldnt be hard on them.

Well, the hay isn't so good. Poor baby...being called a bully. She is beautiful though so hopefully she will find a good home.
