He/she is almost 30 cms (11-12 inches). Can we tell the gender now? Thanks a lot!

Still too young/small. Your tortoise still looks neutral. At this size they can change and normally secondary sexual characterisitics don't show until about 13"-15". By 16" you can be pretty sure. The only sure way at this size is if it is male and flashes you during a soak.

Yeah, my sulcata didn't “show” me until he was 3ish. When dexter experienced a prolapse, the vet said the genitals were female, when clearly it was a penis!!!
