Interesting it is 14 months and has always had a yellow plastron as far as I'm aware.I'll make my guess, but @HermanniChris will be much more definitive.
I beleve you have a young, male Egyptian Tortoise. Probably about 3 years old now. Their plastron markings do fade with some age. No spurs on thigh, no terminal tail claw. The shape of the plastral scutes looks Egyptian to me. Testudo kleinmanni
