The white stuff was urates. Was it kinda soft and creamy or thick and grainy?
What are the temps in the enclosure?
Is your tort eating?
How long have you had the tort?
Is there swelling around the the tail?
What kind of substrate are you using?
How frequently are you soaking and how long?
How old is this tort?
What is the torts diet?
The answer to these questions will help us determine if there is a problem and what steps should be taken.

White stuff is soft and creamy
I have it since 2 months
There is no swelling around tail
She is active and eats properly
I soaked her daily for 15 minutes
Temperature in day is 25 to 32℃

You might increase the warm side/basking area to 32-35c.
What about humidity?

Try a little slice of banana and keep soaking her for at least 30 min per day, keeping the water on the warm side of lukewarm the whole time.

Just a thin slice daily until she goes. It's never taken more than 2.5 days to work for Morla.
