Hey all,
I'm in the process of building an enclosed 4' by 5' enclosure for my 5-month-old sulcata, Artemis. The wooden frame I already have done and is no problem. however, I don't know where to find glass or acrylic for covering the sides! all of the sources that I've found all cost so much! like, to cover all 4 walls of my enclosure with acrylic, it would cost me over $200! Is this normal? Am I missing something? Are there any good designs out there? Is it necessary to cover all 4 sides in a clear medium?

Due to COVID-19 it is a horrible time to attempt to buy plexiglass.
I purchased a sheet for my wifes job to make her a sneeze barrier for her work station.
It was 1/4" LEXAN. 3X6' $96
Just use plexi on the front. Maybe portions of the top of your enclosure

Maybe try to size the opening so you can use a prefab glass shower door. THey are usually prepped for hinges too!
