I decided to weight all the tortoise today. Went outside to retrieve Kobe, and guess who was checking out his artificial burrow!
I reluctantly took him out to carry him inside to the scale. Put him in his little travel tub. Boy, I did not realize how big he had grown! Just for reference, when I first put him outside back in March, his shell only took up about half of this tub. He weighed in at about 1.9 lbs (almost a 2-pounder!).
